Spring Always Follows Winter

Living in the present moment means much more than savoring the beauty of a daffodil, words of love, or laughter of a child.  It’s our connection with God, a personal connection.  Our moment of recognition of the divine power of God in all things.  Milestones are important, but will never evolve without those precious in-between, unnoticed moments.

Early Spring is saying, “We begin again.”  Listen and observe.  You might miss an important message from a beautiful yellow head nodding at you.

God’s Assurance

Soft yellow and white blooms seem to flourish

Against the chilled winds of March.

Ice nor snow deter God’s assurance of renewal.

As the little yellow head nods to us saying,

“We all begin again, it is God’s way.”
