Honor and Gratitude

It has been a couple of months since I posted on my blog.  Issues with computers and wifi!  Anyway,  this is my post for October, and I hope it will help others. I honor my husband, Charles, and my brother Grover.  I am forever grateful to have had them in my life. They passed in October, Charles, on October 16, 2012, and my brother Grover, on October 17, 2015.  My dad did not pass in October, but our last excursion and connection was in October.  I  am forever grateful that Carus Wade was my dad.  I honor them all.   My October   October is the beginning of changes, a lovely season of nature’s beauty. For some time now, I have struggled during October, the month of loss. Memories and reflection: older memories help me to add new thoughts to older feelings. A new territory for me to now reflect without tears streaming everywhere, and a memory brings a half-grin. Three of my hero men who loved me unconditionally are tied to this glorious month.
